Welcome to GPS Converter, a utility that converts between the three primary formats of GPS coordinates:

Degrees, minutes and seconds	N 35° 5' 26.1", W 119° 44' 5.59" (Google's preferred format)
Degrees, decimal minutes	N37 16.025 W122 03.532 (Garmin's preferred format)
Decimal degrees	35.090583, -119.734886 (format used in GPX and VCARD files)

You can enter a GPS coordinate in any format and when you press the Convert button GPS Converter will automatically convert it to all formats.

After conversion you can press any of the Copy buttons to copy the GPS coordinate in the adjacent field to the clipboard. You can also select the text and use the keyboard shortcut or context menu to copy it to the clipboard.

GPS Converter uses the conversion algorithms published on the Geographic Coordinate Conversion Wikipedia page.
